I have always wondered if they do. Admitting that I have no firm idea about this I pass this discussion to my readers.
I have seen a miffed dog sneeze at me when she disliked my behavior. But I have never seen a dog laugh. Somewhere I got the idea that horses laugh. Take a look at the white pony photograph below.

Do animals laugh at us?
We laugh at animals, especially our pets. So please tell me with a yes or no, if you think dogs laugh.
